These states have some form of unrestricted law that allows residents (and sometimes non-residents) to carry a concealed weapon without a permit. They will issue any resident a permit if the person meets all the requirements.

These states have some form of unrestricted law that allows residents (and sometimes non-residents) to carry a concealed weapon without a permit. They will also issue any resident or non-resident a permit if the person meets all requirements.
